- Platinum Guild International USA, the marketing arm for the Platinum jewelry industry, proudly announces Heather Zachary Rogoff appointment as Manager of Public Relations. Zachary Rogoff will be responsible for helping in the development of all public relations programs and plans and managing the day-to-day operations of all PGI USA public relations programs.

Zachary Rogoff has six years experience in the public relations field, recently holding the position of Executive Director at Tracy Paul & Company, Inc. managing the public relations efforts for prestigious brands such as Sarah Jessica Paker's BITTEN line, Swarovski Eyewear, Arden B and Lladro. In addition, she has had significant jewelry experience throughout her public relations career working at various levels with such brands as Patek Philippe, Links of London, Keepsake and Mont Blanc. She has also worked at Ketchum Public Relations in their Consumer Brand division.
